Welcome to Ecoteric Ltd

Ecoteric are consultants specialising in energy and sustainability in buildings. Ecoteric was set up in 2007 by Susan Logan to expand and develop her existing consultancy.

Ecoteric’s key services are:

• Energy audits and solutions advice to reduce consumption of existing buildings

• Whole site energy and sustainability advice
• EPCs/Part L2 compliance advice and certification

We are undertaking 2 bespoke BREEAM assessments for this £9.46M development to create a performing arts, engineering and ICT facilities, which is aiming to achieve a BREEAM “excellent” rating.

We are working with the design team to analyse the facades, potential for natural ventilation, daylighting and other aspects of low carbon design.
