Our assessments are carried out through Diligentia Ltd. which is a partnership between Ecoteric in England, Scotland and Wales, and SDS Energy ( sds energy link) in Northern and Southern Ireland.
Through this partnership, we are able to operate as a group of assessors to provide a geographically based responsive service.
Our assessors are licensed, qualified and experienced in undertaking pre assessments through to final certification in;

New! BREEAM for Health – to be launched in 2008.
We have worked with BRE in developing the new BREEAM for Health scheme and are undertaking one of the pilot assessments to test out the scheme for a major critical care acute health building. We expect to be licensed as soon as the scheme is fully launched next year.
